CNC multi-head tube bending machine
Continuous enhancement of the previous CNC double-head tube bending machines has resulted in the new CNC multi-head tube bending machines with a modular design.
With this type of machine, bending takes place simultaneously in up to 5 bending stations with up to 10 bending heads, depending on the design. This machine is designed for applications with high production volumes or changing requirements regarding tube diameter and bending radius within a tube.
The principle of the new CNC multi-head tube bending machine is based on the proven technology of CNC double-head tube bending machines, in which two bending towers are set up in a bending station on one machine bed. The new Dengler Tube Tec CNC multi-head tube bending machines have a modular design and can be equipped with up to 5 bending stations in a row, with each station accommodating 1 or 2 bending towers depending on the relevant requirements.
